We’re looking for ambitious ex-athletes to join our partners in Tech Recruitment as aspiring Recruitment Consultants.
No recruitment experience is required. Our Partners provide the training, tools and coaching – you bring the mentality.
Recruitment is fast-paced, target-driven and competitive. You’ll build relationships with candidates and clients, identify opportunities, negotiate deals and develop into a specialist within the technology market.

The Role
- Building relationships with GTM professionals and clients.
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Developing your own network within the technology sector.
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Negotiating salaries and offers.
- Developing new business opportunities.
- Working towards individual and team targets.
- Becoming a specialist within your chosen area of the GTM.
