Site Quality & Food Safety Lead

Mars UK in Slough is seeking a Quality & Food Safety Specialist to guard product integrity and ensure food safety. You will coach and train associates across manufacturing and technical teams to embed a Quality-First mindset on every action.

You will also provide strategic, indirect leadership to the on-site microbiology laboratory contractor, manage microbiological verification and monitoring programs, and support HACCP, PRIMP and audit activities while joining a weekend cover rota.
