Lead Quantity Surveyor – Fit-Out & Refurb Multi-Project

Sphere Solutions in London is seeking a Lead Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of a portfolio of fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment projects, ranging from £250k to £2.5m.

You will run multiple projects as lead QS, managing pre- and post-contract duties, protect margins, and liaise directly with clients, PMs and site teams, reporting into the Commercial Director and senior management. The role offers leadership of your own project portfolio.
