SEND Tribunals & Resolutions Manager – Hybrid

Derby City Council’s SEND Team is seeking a Team Manager (Tribunals, Complaints and Resolutions) to lead the Tribunals, Complaints and Resolutions SEND Team and to supervise staff delivering the service.

The role requires experience in managing a LA SEND team, knowledge of SEND Code and the Children and Families Act 2014, and the ability to collaborate with professionals to balance the child’s needs with statutory requirements. 37 hours per week at Council House.
