Head of Housekeeping – Care Home Leadership

Richmond Village Willaston, part of Bupa, is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping services across the village. You will supervise cleaning schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure safety and COSHH compliance, delivering a welcoming, high-standard environment for residents and visitors.

You’ll train staff, monitor stock and supplies, work with the Line Manager and Sales team, and uphold Bupa’s commitment to quality care. Full-time, on site role.
