CrossCountry is seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager to lead onboard cleaning operations across Birmingham and Nottingham depots. You will manage Cleaning Co-ordinators, onboard cleaners and office staff, driving high standards and a safety-first culture.
The role requires strong leadership, hands-on oversight and the ability to optimise rosters, performance and wellbeing while partnering with contractors and internal teams to deliver a consistent cleaning experience for customers.
