Network Engineer

Overview

We’re on the lookout for a 2nd Line Network Support Engineer to support key clients services and work on high-impact national projects.

Location: London (2 Days a week on site)

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot network issues and manage incident/change tickets
• Keep clients updated with clear, professional communication
• Support new service rollouts and maintain technical documentation

• Solid grasp of L2 (STP, VLANs, QinQ) & L3 (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) protocols
