Vehicle Condition Expert – VRM & Remarketing

Motability Operations is recruiting for a VRM Condition Management Specialist to join our Bristol team on a full-time, permanent basis. You’ll assess vehicle condition and work with multiple suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver fair outcomes while meeting KPI targets.

You’ll need practical experience in vehicle damage assessment, familiarity with BVRLA/NAMA standards, and the ability to communicate complex resolutions clearly. Hybrid work is available.
