Job Description:

The Technical Support Analyst supports ABF Grocery Service Centre users from Liverpool, covering device support, technical asset and licence management, reporting, administration and project work. Responsibilities include managing device stock and builds, resolving and escalating technical issues, processing starters and leavers, maintaining application licences, meeting audit requirements, and improving IT service quality with internal teams and suppliers.

This is a Fixed Term role for 12 months.
