Relationship Manager – London

To build and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients in the UK while positioning Sri Lanka as a compelling investment destination. This role involves advising clients on cross-border opportunities, particularly in the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE), and providing data-driven insights and research to build confidence in the local market. The RM will work closely with the Sri Lanka-based team to align global client interests with tailored wealth solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients across the UK.
• Promote Sri Lankan investment opportunities, particularly in equities, fixed income, and private market assets.
• Build trust through regular engagement, financial planning discussions, and reporting.
• Leverage analytical reports and market intelligence to position the CSE as an attractive, credible option.
• Collaborate with Innovest’s Sri Lankan teams for execution, compliance, and advisory support.
• Drive business development through networking, events, and referrals.
• Identify new revenue.

Attributes and Preferred Skills

• Strong interpersonal and business development skills in the UK financial market.
• Solid understanding of international and Sri Lankan investment frameworks.
• Ability to explain emerging market dynamics in a credible, data-backed manner.
• Self-driven, with experience working in boutique or client-centric wealth platforms.
• Familiarity with cross-border taxation, regulations, and offshore structuring is a plus.
