Diamonds Factory, part of the Neve Jewels Group, is seeking a Junior CRM Executive to join our in-house Digital Marketing team. You’ll support day-to-day CRM activity, build customer journeys, and help optimise lifecycle campaigns across markets.
You’ll work closely with the CRM Manager to analyse data, run A/B tests, and implement improvements that boost engagement, retention and customer experience for our luxury online brand.
