Senior Bid Writer & Team Lead (Construction)

First Military Recruitment, in partnership with a major Swindon-based construction business, is recruiting a Senior Bid Writer on a permanent basis. The role focuses on producing PQQs and tender responses, in liaison with Bid Coordinators, to deliver high-quality submissions.

You will manage content development with subject matter experts, storyboard, and create visuals as needed, while ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
