Credit Card Lifecycle & Engagement Lead

Jaja is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Lead to drive customer engagement across our credit card platforms. You will design end‑to‑end lifecycle strategies, from activation to dormancy reactivation, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver campaigns that achieve our KPIs.

You’ll apply a data‑driven approach, use segmentation and A/B testing to optimise messaging across channels, manage risks and governance, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
