FMCG Territory Manager – Field Sales in Coventry (Car + Bonus)

Avidity is recruiting a Territory Manager to oversee a Coventry-based FMCG grocery territory, building relationships with store decision-makers, negotiating displays and driving distribution for well-known brands.

This fixed-term, full-time role runs until 29 December 2026, with a strong chance to transition to permanent. You’ll work Monday to Friday, with a salary up to £29,000 pro rata plus a 10% KPI bonus and a £300 retention bonus, plus a company car and fuel card.
