Corporate M&A Lawyer | 1 to 3 PQE | 6 Month FTC

I’m working on an opportunity for a Corporate M&A Lawyer to join a global business on a 6+ month fixed term contract, starting in October or November.

You’ll be 1 to 3 years’ PQE and trained at a leading law firm or within a large in-house legal team. Strong corporate and M&A experience is essential.

Experience in the technology sector or working closely with product development teams would be advantageous.
