Compassionate Home Care & Support Worker (Driver)

Altogether Care is seeking a dedicated Care and Support Worker to support people in their own homes across Weymouth and surrounding areas. You will travel to client homes, providing personal, physical and emotional care while helping clients maintain independence and confidence in daily life.
