Night Care Assistant – Compassionate Resident Support

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join us on a full-time night shift (38.5 hours per week). Working under a Registered Nurse, you’ll support residents with personal care, meals and daily activities, helping them live with dignity and purpose.

You’ll deliver care from the heart, recognise safeguarding indicators, and contribute to a compassionate, inclusive home where every resident’s individuality is valued. Full right to work in the UK is required.
