Rent & Service Charge Officer — Flexible Homeworking (12m)

Yorkshire Housing in Leeds is seeking a Rent and Service Charge Officer on a fixed term contract for 12 months. You will work with data to ensure rents and service charges are calculated correctly, in line with policy, and accurately entered into our rent system.

You will prepare annual service charge schedules for a range of schemes, updating rents and service charges, and supporting income and expenditure reporting. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.
