Referral & Assessment Social Worker

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for its client’s Referral and Assessment Team in Tower Hamlets. You will receive and screen referrals from professionals, families, or the public; conduct initial assessments to determine risk and service eligibility; and decide on whether cases require further intervention under Section 17 or Section 47.
