Hybrid Social Worker: Children with Disabilities & SEND

Caritas Recruitment is seeking an experienced SWE registered Social Worker to join the Special Educational Needs and Family Help Service (CWD / Disabled Children’s Team). The role handles a caseload of around 20 children across SEND, CWD/Disabled Children’s services, Looked After Children and transitions work.

You’ll work within a stable team with a focus on safeguarding, assessment and care planning, providing relationship-based support to children, young people and families.
