About you
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Phenom preferred)
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement abilities
- Ability to coordinate multiple recruitment activities efficiently
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
What you’ll do
- Maintain and update live vacancies on the ATS and careers page, ensuring accuracy and freshness of listings
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse roles, including assessment coordination and candidate communication
- Assist with planning and executing early careers programmes, such as apprenticeships and vacation schemes
- Organise interviews and assessment centres, liaising with candidates and hiring managers
- Produce reports and manage recruitment data to support strategic decision-making
