Customer Service & Store Support (Flexible Hours)

OurCoop is recruiting for store roles across the UK to join a passionate, customer‑facing team. You will help customers, members and communities with checkouts, the shop floor, housekeeping and even in‑store bakery, while promoting membership and community involvement.

No prior experience is required; you will be supported with training, coaching and progression as part of a friendly in‑store team. Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, help you tailor working hours to your life.
