Bakery Customer Assistant — Fast-Paced, Precision Service

Marks and Spencer in Hereford is seeking a Customer Assistant for our Bakery section, working at the sharp end of fresh produce, under pressure and with precision. You’ll be a hands-on, sleeves-up ambassador delivering hot bread, fresh perspectives, and fast service to customers.

You’ll help keep shelves full and maintain high standards in quality and safety. You’ll balance speed with safety, adapt to the store rhythm, and work across different roles as needed.
