Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for our client’s food industry site, workers will work in cold and wet environments, mainly prepping and grading vegetables.
Staffline is recruiting for Production Operatives in King’s Lynn.
The rate of pay varies between the departments:
- Carrots dep – £12.82 per hour
- Onions dep – £13.18 per hour
This role offers both full and part-time hours. Shifts are allocated on a flexible rota in line with business needs, so flexibility is essential, including weekend availability.
The hours of work are:
- 6:30am to 6:30pm
Preferable workers with their own transport – the site is located 7 miles away from King’s Lynn.
Your Time at Work
As a Production Operative, your duties include:
- Trimming/Grading (to make sure the product is the right size and no tops or shells left on it)
- Quality (to make sure the product is to the customer’s specifications)
- Packing/Stacking (to make sure the right product is in the right packaging and with the right traceability information)

Applicants must be reliable and adaptable.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
