Barista-Style Customer Experience (Flexible Shifts)

Chelmsford Star Co-operative Society is recruiting for new colleagues to join the Insomnia Café. This exciting role involves mastering coffee making and barista skills in a fast-paced, friendly environment, serving customers and engaging with the local community.

You will help maintain high standards, stock levels and cleanliness, while prioritising health and safety. Experience as a barista is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided and shifts are flexible across seven days.
