Youth Football Coach – Next-Gen Talent

Exeter City Football Club is recruiting for a Prime-Time Age Group Coach in its Academy for the 2026/27 season. You will develop young players, coach one weekly session, and prepare age-group matches while aligning with the programme and IDP reviews.

The role requires UEFA B/FA Youth Award and safeguarding qualifications, with opportunities to advance toward UEFA A/Advanced Youth Award. DBS, driving licence, and a commitment to ECFC values are essential.
