Line Cook & Junior Chef de Partie – Bold American Diner

Center Parcs Huck’s American Bar and Grill at Longleat Forest is hiring a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. You’ll prepare, cook and present dishes to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and support Kitchen Managers in their absence.

Open seven days a week from 4pm to 10pm with a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over four weeks, the role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays. There are perks and career development opportunities.
