Part-Time Catering Supervisor: Lead Food & Service Excellence

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor for an Asda site. This part-time role (24 hours per week) focuses on overseeing kitchens and service counters to deliver exceptional food and customer service.

You will supervise culinary teams, monitor KPIs, train staff, and ensure Health & Safety standards across all service areas, while representing the Compass brand and supporting learning and progression in a major retail environment.
