Part-Time Counter Manager – Beauty Brand Growth

Benefit Cosmetics in Canterbury is seeking a Part-time Counter Manager for 22.5 hours per week to cover maternity leave at a solo counter. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage counter operations with support from the Area Manager.

The role requires a passion for makeup, a customer-focused mindset, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays. Prior retail customer service experience is valued and training is provided.
