Shoe Retail Associate: Brand Experience & KPI Driven

CLARK’S is seeking a Sales Team Member to provide a great consumer experience in-store while delivering set targets and KPIs. You will sell shoes and accessories through the Clark’s selling model and support daily front and back-of-house retail standards.

The role requires reliability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to work a 7‑day shift including weekends and bank holidays. Training will cover product knowledge and brand experience.
