Retail Key Holder (8 Hours per Week) – Permanent Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Key Holder to join our team on a permanent 8-hour contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong retail experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and supporting the management team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the shop floor team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.
• Support management in implementing action plans to achieve both short-term and long-term business objectives.
• Take responsibility for Manager-on-Duty duties when required.
• Drive team performance through coaching, motivation, and regular feedback.
• Develop excellent product knowledge across our fashion and accessories ranges.
• Train and support team members to continuously improve their selling and customer service skills.
• Monitor store standards and contribute creative ideas for visual merchandising and product displays.
• Ensure operational procedures and company standards are followed at all times.

About You

• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Confidence in leading, motivating, and developing a team.
• A strong passion for customer service and retail excellence.
• The ability to drive sales and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
• A creative mindset and an eye for visual merchandising.
• Flexibility to work alternative weekends, opening and closing shifts, and additional hours when required to cover holidays.
