Sefton Council in Bootle is seeking an Administration/Receptionist to join the Customer Service team. The role will be based at Bootle One Stop Shop with occasional work from The Atkinson in Southport, handling face-to-face enquiries and signposting residents, and performing cashiering and admin duties.
You will deliver high-quality customer service, manage a varied workload, and support colleagues with accurate data entry across core computer systems. Full training will be provided.
