Pertemps are currently recruiting Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturing client based in Tamworth.This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates with good general production experience who are confident operating machinery and looking to secure a long-term position.
The Role
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading materials
- Monitoring machinery and production processes
- Carrying out quality checks
- Following production instructions and procedures
- Working to daily production targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health & safety requirements
- Working as part of a team
About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience
- Experience operating machinery
- Good attention to detail
- A reliable and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of health & safety
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The Details Pay: £12.71 per hour Location: Tamworth⏰ Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00am–4:00pm, Friday 7:00am–12:00pm Contract: Temp to Perm
