Lookers is seeking a visionary Head of Customer Experience to transform our digital and showroom journeys. You will own the online CX roadmap, drive AI-enabled engagement, and partner with engineering and operations to close the gap between online and showroom experiences.
You will champion customer-centric journeys, lead a small team across UX/CRO and SEO, and collaborate with OEM partners to deliver best-in-class customer experiences across multiple sites.
