DUTIES
This is a B2B technical support & training role
Dealer Communications
* Provide a fully field-based technical support to thepassengercar Dealer network and create visit reports.* Manage a caseload and liaise with engineers.* Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate engineering team* Liaise with Quality Improvement Team and the customerexperience team to suggest improvements to the product.* Liaise with the aftersales teamTechnical Training
* Review technical automotive documentation received from headoffice.* Create technical presentations and seminars and deliver toon-site technicians, ensuring best practices are shared acrossthe Dealer network.* Create technical service bulletins, troubleshooting guides andtraining materials.* Support the Warranty Team by verifying technical failures andproviding expert recommendations.REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of experience in a previous technical role within theautomotive sector.* A formal technical or engineering-based qualification or MasterTechnician experience* Experience with diagnostic tooling and engineering loggingequipment.* Experience in hybrid and electric vehicle systems* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, includingelectrical diagrams.* Full and clean driving licence.
