Quality Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality function within a well established FMCG manufacturing business. The successful candidate will oversee product quality, food safety and compliance, while driving continuous improvement across site operations.
Based in Craigavon, this is a fully onsite, permanent position offering consistent involvement with operational, technical and quality teams. The working pattern provides valuable visibility across the manufacturing site and supports close collaboration with colleagues.

The Role:
* Lead all aspects of the site Quality and Food Safety systems* Maintain compliance with BRC, customer and internal audit standards* Develop and lead the site HACCP team* Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audit preparation* Work closely with Operations and Technical teams* Train, mentor and support the Quality team against agreed KPIs
The Person:
* Experience in a Quality Manager or senior Quality role within FMCG or food manufacturing* Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC and food safety legislation* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills* Analytical, detail focused and practical in approach* A relevant third level qualification in Food Science or a related discipline is desirable
