BedboroughHouse are looking for Full time Support Workers to join theteam.
Bedborough House is located in Radstock,Somerset. We offer residential support for seven autistic males andfemales, and people who have a learning disability. Our home islocated in a residential area, surrounded by the beautiful views ofSomerset.
We provideperson-centred support, promoting independence, daily living skillsand access to the community, helping to improve our residents’quality of life.
What you’ll bedoing
You will be part of acompassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. Wetake a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help peoplemove forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfillingfuture. You will play a key part in their recovery, assistingqualified staff with the assessment and implementation ofindividual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks andactivities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing,dignity and treatment ofresidents
