Escape Recruitment Services are recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing organisation based in Fife. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established finance team in a varied accounting role. You will provide additional resource on a temporary basis for 6 to 12 months.

The Role

n

n
• Preparing accounting journals and balance sheet reconciliations

n

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

n

• Managing banking activities, including payment processing and cash allocation

n

• Creating and processing intercompany back-charge invoices and resolving related queries

n

• Supporting month-end and year-end accounting activities

n

• Ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and in line with company procedures

n

About You

n

n
• Previous experience in a similar Finance Assistant, Assistant Accountant, Bookkeeper or Ledger role

n

• Strong MS Excel experience is essential

n

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

n

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

n

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
