We are recruiting for a Branch Supervisor to join an established and growing business based in Cambuslang. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys motivating teams, driving operational performance, and delivering excellent customer service.

As Branch Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring workloads are managed effectively, service levels remain high, and teams operate safely and efficiently.

n n n Key Responsibilities:n n n

• Lead, motivate and support branch employees to achieve operational targets.

n

• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day branch operations.

n

• Manage workflow and allocate resources to meet customer requirements.

n

• Support employee development, performance management and training.

n

• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.

n

• Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy and branch administration.

n

• Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture.

n

• Ensure company vehicles, equipment and facilities are managed effectively.

n

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance branch performance.

n

n n n What We're Looking For:n n n

n
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.

n

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

n

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

n

• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.

n

• Experience within distribution, logistics, warehousing, transport or operational environments would be advantageous.

n

• Comfortable using IT systems and administrative processes.

n
