£55,000–£70,000 + bonus & benefits

North Hertfordshire | Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office

We are looking for a confident and proactive HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced, well-established business going through an exciting period of transformation.

Reporting into the Head of HR Business Partnering, you will work closely with senior leaders across a diverse client group, supporting both strategic and hands-on HR initiatives.

n

n

This is a role for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do. We're looking for an HRBP with the confidence and gravitas to challenge, influence and push the agenda forward.

Key experience:

• Established HR Business Partner experience

n

• Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills

n

• Confident challenging and constructively pushing back

n

• Strong Employee Relations experience

n

• Experience supporting organisational change or transformation

n

• Commercial, pragmatic and hands-on approach

n

n
