Warehouse Admin – Tickhill At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Admin to work with a leading logistics company in Tickhill. This role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse operations. Shift patterns: * Working 5 days out of 7 on a rotating basis. * Morning shifts: 06.00-14.00. * Afternoon shifts: 14.00-22.00. * Includes a 30-minute unpaid break. * Occasional weekend work required. Pay rates: * 12.88 GBP hourly Must-have requirements for Warehouse Admin: * Full-time availability of at least 37.5 hours per week. * Previous experience in a Warehouse Admin or Stock Control role. * Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems and good PC skills. * Own transport is essential due to the site location and limited public transport. * Must be within a 40-minute driving range of the site. Desirable requirements for Warehouse Admin: * 3-6 months of experience in a similar warehouse environment. Role for Warehouse Admin: * Receive and update shipment statuses while inspecting goods for damage. * Manage inventory through scanning, labelling, and organizing stock. * Enter load details into the Transportation Management System. * Process shipping manifests, bills of lading, and proof of delivery forms. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
