Specifications Manager in the North West
Im working exclusively on behalf of a well-established UK food manufacturer to recruit an experienced Specifications Manager
If youre currently writing retailer specifications but are looking for a role where youll have more ownership, leadership responsibility and influence across the business, this could be the opportunity youve been waiting for.
What youll be doing:
✔ Leading and supporting a Specifications & Artwork team
✔ Managing retailer specification systems and artwork approvals
✔ Working closely with NPD, Technical, Commercial and major retail customers
✔ Providing expert guidance on food legislation and labelling
✔ Driving projects through critical paths and ensuring products launch on time
Im keen to speak with people who have:
✅ Experience writing retailer specifications within UK food manufacturing
✅ Knowledge of food legislation and labelling requirements
✅ Strong organisational and project management skills
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Previous leadership or mentoring experience (desirable but not essential)
Location: North West UK
Salary: Attractive package
