Head of Service – Adult Mental Health & LD (Hybrid)

Baltimore Consulting Limited seeks a Head of Service to lead strategic design and delivery of Adult Social Care services for learning disabilities and complex mental health needs in the West Midlands. You will drive transformation, compliance and performance across assessment, care management and specialist provision.

You will partner with NHS trusts and health partners to deliver integrated support, with hybrid/remote work and on-site presence as required.
