Commercial Director, Victrex Medical
Location: UK or USAReports to: Managing Director, Victrex Medical
Victrex Medical is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our global sales and marketing organisation and accelerate profitable growth across our Medical business. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for shaping commercial strategy, strengthening customer partnerships and delivering sustainable revenue growth across global markets.
What you’ll do
Lead the global commercial strategy and growth agenda for Victrex Medical.
Drive revenue, profitability and market share growth.
Lead and develop high-performing sales, marketing and commercial operations teams.
Build strong relationships with key customers, partners and industry stakeholders.
Identify new growth opportunities and bring deep market insight into business decisions.
Drive commercial excellence through forecasting, pipeline management, pricing and customer experience.
Act as a key member of the Medical Leadership Team.
About you
You will be a proven commercial leader with:
10+ years’ commercial leadership experience within MedTech, medical devices, healthcare technology or a similar regulated industry.
A track record of delivering profitable growth.
Experience leading and developing global teams across multiple functions.
Strong strategic, commercial and customer-facing capabilities.
A degree or equivalent qualification (MBA desirable).
