Interim Asset Management Lead – Housing & Assets

The Oyster Partnership is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Asset Management to lead the development, implementation and review of the Council’s Asset Management Strategy for HRA and general stock in South England.

You will drive strategic decisions on acquisitions, disposals, investments, remodelling, and changes of use while ensuring compliance with the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 and Decent Homes standards.
