Nurse Leader & Clinical Deputy Manager (Care Home)

Barchester Healthcare’s Leonard Lodge care home in Brentwood is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to lead care delivery and mentor a multidisciplinary team. You will partner with the General Manager, oversee audits, regulatory compliance, staff development and ensure the highest standards of resident care.

You will be an RN/RMN with current NMC registration and leadership experience, with a track record in safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
