Charity Shop Manager: Lead Team & Drive Sales

Sue Ryder’s Stow-on-the-Wold shop is seeking a proactive Shop Manager to lead daily trading, coordinate volunteers and deliver excellent customer service. The role is 30 hours per week on a rota including weekends, with early starts and a policy of not staying past 5.15pm in most shops.

You will use commercial sense to hit targets, manage stock, merchandising and store operations while supporting fundraising and community engagement.
