Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking an experienced tax professional to join their Deal Advisory Tax team in Birmingham, London or Manchester, working on Real Estate-focused transactions ranging from £10m to over £10bn. Working alongside Partners and Directors on high-profile deals, you’ll advise corporate and financial investors across the full deal lifecycle, from due diligence and structuring to refinancing and listing support, acting as a key client and adviser contact, preparing technical tax advice on UK and cross-border transactions, reviewing financial models from a tax perspective, supporting business development, and coaching junior team members.
The ideal candidate will be CTA, ACA/CA qualified or equivalent, with strong UK corporate tax knowledge, excellent communication and analytical skills, proven project management and team leadership experience, and confidence with Excel and PowerPoint.
