Senior Software Test Engineer — Automation Leader & QA Impact

AJ Bell is seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer to drive testing across UI, API and back-office systems within a small agile team. You will coach testers, design automated tests, and collaborate with technical leads to shape end-to-end quality across products.

You will interpret complex requirements, implement automation strategies, participate in UAT, and support production releases while embracing Agile practices and continuous improvement.
