We have been working with this fabulous client in East Yorkshire for many years now and have placed some great vets with them.
They are looking for an additional veterinary surgeon to join them. You will need to be able to work autonomously in general practice and be happy with routine soft tissue surgeries and managing your own caseload. Ideally you will also be confident to deal with any emergency work which comes in, which could include foreign body removal/caesareans/Pyo’s etc
This client is well accustomed to supporting and developing small animal vets in a stress free environment and in a beautiful part of the country. They are based in one of the nicest towns in the area and have a branch surgery on the coast. There will be time spent in both locations.
As this practice believe in giving the very best, personal service and continuity of care for their clients, so stable inpatients are kept overnight, but new emergencies go to an on call provider. The working week is based a round a 4 day working week (normally 8.30-7.30). with some Saturday mornings on a rota 8.30 till 12
The practice is well equipped with everything you would expect in a quality first opinion practice. Great work life balance and salary available from £38k upwards
Potentially a lovely 2 bedroomed accommodation can be provided for an initial period. Kids and pets welcome. This could be a great location to settles as the practices are based in lovely locations both close to the beach and attractive towns and villages in the area.
